• Cures under ambient temperature & moisture atmosphere or thermal curing

• Good adhesion and hydrophobicity

• Excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance and UV resistance

• Crosslink density is lower than RC001

Applications

• Scratch-resistant coating for automotive interior or exterior parts

• Hydrophobic and waterproof coatings used in construction, consumer goods and transportation industries

• Suitable for substrates such as metal, glass and plastics

Processing & Curing

• Coating methods: spin coating, wiping coating, dip coating, spray coating, brush coating, roll coating and other application methods

• Curing condition: Tack-free within 2–4 hours at room temperature; full curing in 5–7 days
